基于雙SOGI的永磁同步電機(jī)匝間短路故障診斷研究

摘 要 :永磁同步電機(jī)匝間短路作為電機(jī)繞組中的常見(jiàn)故障,會(huì)導(dǎo)致相間短路甚至引發(fā)火災(zāi),嚴(yán)重 影響電機(jī)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。建立了定子匝間短路故障的電機(jī)模型,采用雙二階廣義積分 (SOGI) 對(duì)故障時(shí)的電壓負(fù)序分量進(jìn)行提取,將故障特征量幅值與設(shè)定的閾值進(jìn)行比較來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)定子匝間短路的故障診斷。 仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法可準(zhǔn)確提取故障特征量,具有診斷速度快且精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),有效提升了電機(jī)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景和實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: Inter-turn short circuit in permanent magnet synchronous motor, as a common fault in motor windings, can lead to interphase short circuit and even cause fires, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the motor. A motor model for stator inter-turn short circuit fault was established. The negative sequence component of the voltage during the fault was extracted by using double second-order generalized integration (SOGI), and the amplitude of the fault characteristic quantity was compared with the set threshold to achieve the fault diagnosis of stator inter-turn short circuit. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can accurately extract fault characteristic quantities, has the advantages of fast diagnosis speed and high precision, effectively improves the stability of motor operation, and has good application prospects and practical value.
